Overview
Non-uniformed civilian employment across Pakistan Navy's technical, administrative, support, and specialist roles. Open to both men and women from all provinces, with regional quotas applied. No military training or ISSB required.
Eligibility Criteria
- Pakistani citizen (all provinces, AJK, GB, Ex-FATA eligible)
- Regional quotas apply per province
- Age: Generally 15–33 years; technical/apprentice roles 15–19 years
- Administrative/Clerical posts: Matric, Intermediate, or Bachelor's degree
- Technical/Industrial posts: Matric with Science, DAE, or relevant technical diploma
- No physical height/fitness standards (unlike uniformed posts)
- Must be medically fit — health examination for shortlisted candidates
- No ISSB required
