Overview
Join the Pakistan Navy Engineering College (PNEC-NUST) as a Naval Cadet. This scheme provides an engineering degree (Mechanical/Electrical) followed by commissioning in the Navy.
Eligibility Criteria
- Unmarried male citizens
- Age: 16.5 to 21 years
- FSc Pre-Engineering with minimum 60% marks or O/A levels equivalent
- Minimum height 5 ft 4 inches

Entrance Test
Computerized Intelligence and Academic Test (Math, Physics, English).
Initial Medical & Physical
Preliminary medical check and physical efficiency test.
ISSB Assessment
4-day comprehensive psychological and leadership testing by Inter Services Selection Board.
Final Medical Examination
Detailed medical checkup by PN Medical Board (CMB).
Naval Headquarters Interview
Final interview for selected engineering cadets.
Final Selection
Naval Headquarters merit list compilation and induction.
